When you use Monitor (our AI employee service): Monitor operates on behalf of our business clients to communicate with their customers via text message. In this capacity, Pollywog acts as a service provider to the business that has engaged us. The information exchanged in those text conversations — such as customer names, phone numbers, appointment details, and service requests — is collected and stored to provide the service. This data belongs to our business client, and we process it on their behalf.
Website analytics: Our website may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site (such as pages visited and general geographic region). We do not use this data to personally identify individual visitors.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and provide requested services, deliver and improve Monitor for our business clients, manage workshop registrations and communications, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

For our business clients: We store conversation transcripts, appointment records, and related data as part of providing the Monitor service. We provide you with full access to all conversation transcripts and will delete your data upon termination of service, subject to any legal retention requirements.
