By texting or responding to messages from Pollywog Communications or our managed business clients, you agree to the following terms.

What Messages You'll Receive

You may receive two types of messages from Pollywog Communications:

Service-related messages — appointment scheduling, service request confirmations, follow-up messages after completed service, and responses to your inquiries (primarily on behalf of our business clients using our Monitor service).
Marketing messages — information about Pollywog Communications' Monitor AI missed-call texting service, including product demonstrations, special offers, and event invitations.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests and interactions. Marketing messages are sent on an occasional basis.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from that number.

For help or questions about our messaging service, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information below.

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected during messaging conversations is used solely to provide the services you have requested or to deliver information about our Monitor AI service when you have opted in to receive marketing communications.
